OESD Embroidery Stabilizer, Hydro Stick Tear Away, 15" x 5 yard roll. A medium weight tear away stabilizer with a starch based, water activated adhesive coating. A great tear away stabilizer for hard-to-hoop, firmly woven items such as napkins, ball caps, and collar points or bulky items such as heavy seam allowances. Item will stay securely in place until the adhesive is remoistened.
