New Window Feature: Good Knight's Rest
The Quilting Bee is pleased to present the fiber artwork "Good Knight’s Rest" by Ellen Howard. This work combines Howard's love of sewing and art into a unique soft sculpture. Made entirely of cotton muslin, it features a knight’s tomb effigy as a full-size figure, presented atop quilted shields that resemble relief carvings.
You can see "Good Knight's Rest" in our window from Friday, August 4 through Monday, August 7. Stop in to meet the artist on Saturday, August 5 from 12 pm to 3 pm.

The 2023 Lakewood Arts Festival
The 2023 Lakewood Arts Festival is this Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 10am to 6pm on Detroit Avenue from Arthur Avenue to Belle Avenue. This year's show will feature over 160 artists, plus food, live music, and more.
Please keep in mind that Detroit Avenue will be CLOSED from Arthur Avenue to Belle Avenue. If you need directions to The Quilting Bee, please call us at 216-712-6579.

The parking lot directly behind our building, accessible from both Westwood Avenue and Rosewood Avenue, occasionally has spaces available. You are welcomed to park there during store hours.
Street parking is also available. Some spaces are metered on and near Detroit Avenue. Nighttime and weekend metered parking is free.
