| Do I need a reward card? |
No, you do not need a reward card to participate in The Quilting Bee's Reward Program.
You are automatically entered in the Reward Program when you allow us to enter your information in our system in-store, or when you create an account when shopping on The Quilting Bee's website.
The cashier will ask you for your name when you check out. This will ensure that your purchase earns reward points.

| What purchases earn reward points? |
Reward points are earned for purchases of fabric, notions, patterns and books, including discounted and sale items.
The purchase of the following items do not earn reward points:
- quilting services
- gift cards
- sewing machines and accessories
- machine repairs
$1 (pre-tax) spent = 1 point
500 points = $25 reward!

| Will I earn reward points on the purchase of a gift card? |
No, the purchaser of a gift card will not earn reward points.
However, the gift card recipient will earn reward points when the gift card is used for payment.

| Will I earn reward points on online purchases? |
Yes, reward points are earned on online product purchases.

| Can I use reward points for online purchases? |
Yes!
Log in to your online account by clicking on "Login" on the navigation bar. Enter your login information.
In the dropdown under "Account" in the navigation bar, click on "Rewards."
If you have earned a reward, a coupon code will be listed. Enter this coupon code at checkout.
If you do not have an online account, click "Create Account," and use the email address that you provided The Quilting Bee when making an in-store purchase.

| Do rewards expire? |
Rewards do not expire.
However, rewards are "use it, or lose it" - meaning, if your purchase amount is less than the amount of the reward, the remaining reward balance is lost. For example, if you redeem a $25 reward on merchandise that costs $19.99 (pre-tax), the remaining $5.01 will go away.
You may wait to use your reward until you are ready to do so.
